Known as Dila, Dilman Khalid is a Dutch national who founded DCT Cosmetics Trading L.L.C in Dubai in November 2025. With a passion for beauty and a background spanning both European and Middle Eastern markets, Dila built DCT to serve as a trusted bridge between international beauty brands and the thriving UAE and GCC market.
Her vision is simple: transparent trade, authentic brands, and lasting partnerships. As the sole owner and manager, every client works directly with Dila — no layers, no middlemen, just honest business built on real relationships.
